Orders typically ship 3 to 5 days after they are placed.

Curbside Pick Up Orders may take up to 2 to 3 business days to be processed and filled. If you need your order expedited, please notify Forgotten Willow as soon as possible with the understanding that a small rush fee may apply.

Curbside Instructions:

1. Place Your Order
Complete your purchase through our online shop. At checkout, select Curbside Pickup.

2. Wait for Your Ready-for-Pickup Message
You’ll receive a notification (email or text) as soon as your order is packed and placed in the pickup locker. This message will include our address, your locker number, and the unique combination code assigned to your order.

3. Find the Pickup Locker
The pickup locker is located just to the left of the front gate of our Victorian cottage. Look for the black metal locker marked with the Forgotten Willow logo.

4. Enter Your Code
Use the locker number and combination provided in your notification.
Once the correct combination is entered, turn the knob to the left and flip open the latch.

5. Retrieve Your Order
Open the door, collect your items, and close the locker securely.
To re-engage the lock, flip the latch back into place, pull outward on the knob, and turn it to the right. You may then scramble the numbers on the dial to fully lock the door.

6. Enjoy Your Tea & Treasures
Your order is now safely in your hands—thank you for supporting our small business!

1 ounce of loose leaf tea will make approximately 6 to 8 cups of tea.

Brewing Instructions for Different Teas:

Black Tea - Brew at 212 degrees, Steep for 3 minutes

Oolong Tea - Brew at 195 degrees, Steep for 4 minutes

Green Tea - Brew at 180 degrees, Steep for 2 minutes

White Tea - Brew at 175 degrees, Steep for 4 minutes

Rooibos Blends - Brew at 212 degrees, Steep for 5 minutes

Herbal Blends - Brew at 212 degrees, Steep for 5 minutes

Simple Herbs - Brew at 212 degrees, Steep for 5 minutes

Brewing Methods:

Hot Tea - Only a teaspoon of loose leaf tea is needed per 8 ounces of water, except for white tea, then 2 teaspoons is recommended.

Ice Tea - Brew tea in hot water, 2 teaspoons per 8 ounces of water, and once finished brewing, pour over ice. 

Cold Brew - Using 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of water, place tea leaves in a pitcher, and fill with water. Let sit for 10 to 20 hours in the fridge to brew before serving.
