Eligibility for Returns
Books may be returned within 14–30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unread, and resalable condition, with no marks, creases, or damage. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Returns made within the allowed period are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Returns without a receipt may be eligible for store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance books, signed or personalized books, used or visibly damaged books, and special orders (if applicable) are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the return window for the same title or another item of equal value.

Damaged or Defective Items
If a book arrives damaged or defective, it may be returned for a replacement or full refund.

Shipping (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If in the event we sent you the wrong product, please get in touch with us so we may correct our mistake and ship you the correct product.

Orders ship 3 to 5 days after they are placed. 

If an issue arises with your order, we will contact you to resolve the problem.

Curbside Pick Up Orders may take up to 2 to 3 business days to be processed and filled. If you need your order expedited, please notify Forgotten Willow as soon as possible with the understanding that a small rush fee may apply.

Curbside Instructions:

1. Place Your Order
Complete your purchase through our online shop. At checkout, select Curbside Pickup.

2. Wait for Your Ready-for-Pickup Message
You’ll receive a notification (email or text) as soon as your order is packed and placed in the pickup locker. This message will include our address, your locker number, and the unique combination code assigned to your order.

3. Find the Pickup Locker
The pickup locker is located just to the left of the front gate of our Victorian cottage. Look for the black metal locker marked with the Forgotten Willow logo.

4. Enter Your Code
Use the locker number and combination provided in your notification.
Once the correct combination is entered, turn the knob to the left and flip open the latch.

5. Retrieve Your Order
Open the door, collect your items, and close the locker securely.
To re-engage the lock, flip the latch back into place, pull outward on the knob, and turn it to the right. You may then scramble the numbers on the dial to fully lock the door.

6. Enjoy Your Tea & Treasures
